Although cut off for delivery Christmas and New Year 2024 has passed, we will still be open to the public until Christmas Eve! We will have plenty of fresh and frozen stock available for all our customers. If you do wish to purchase crayfish or oysters however, we suggest arriving early to avoid any disappointment.

These are the finest Australian Salmon Fillets in the market. All Tasmanian salmon is completely sustainable and all salmon is sashimi grade. Salmon is one of the healthiest meals you can prepare, full of essential oils and omega 3’s. These fillets are perfect to BBQ or grill, or steam the salmon to achieve a really healthy dish. Marinate these fillets to really pull out some incredible flavours.
