What is the minimum order for delivery?
The minimum order is $100
 
What is the Delivery Charge?
$20 exc. GST for orders under $150
FREE for any orders over $150
 
What is the deadline for placing an order?
We strive to make your seafood selection as accessible as possible. Order by 2pm for next day delivery.
 
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, Of-course. Upon Checkout you will have the option to have your order delivered or picked up.
 
What are your delivery times?
You can select your preferred day for your delivery from Monday to Saturday 
(excludes Sunday's and Public Holidays)
Between 10am-4pm 
 
Can I order in advance?
We want to make the process as easy as possible for our customers, you can order a month in advance to prepare for your upcoming dinner or event.  
 
What if by chance a certain product isn't available?
Although this will not be a common event, we will endeavour to fulfil the order to the best of our abilities. If a product is un-available we will contact you directly to discuss similar but alternative products. 
 
I have placed my order but have not received a confirmation email.
Please contact us on (03) 9497 2811 if you have any queries. Please check your junk or spam mail as often the emails can go directly to these folders.  
 
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
All Poseidon Seafoods orders are packed in a foam esky and packed with ice to ensure temperature control. If you are not home at the time of delivery we will endeavour to call you to receive your instructions.
 
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
Please contact our office on (03) 9497 2811 so that we can track the location of your order. 
 
What if I am not happy with the seafood I was delivered?
We take pride in the produce that we supply and deliver so it is important that if you have any issues with the product received that you call us on (03) 9497 2811 to discuss. Our drivers will take you through the product when they arrive, at this point if you are unhappy with a specific product for quality reasons we will exchange or provide you with a refund. Once the order is delivered and accepted it confirms that you are satisfied with the quality of the product and no refund will be processed after this process.
